0.1.1 Update

Whats new:

• Chip damage has been added to special moves
• Aurora can now use har ↓🡗← B + C super with Food Items. Previously this would just result in Super Book
• You can now hold a direction to change which side you throw your opponent with Standing Grab.
• NEW Mechanic! Defensive Energy Increase, If you time the D button just before each hit in an opponents combo, you will gain more meter then usual! Note that you cannot hold a button to tech while attempting this.
• Supers now cause new background effects!
• Surge Counter and Safeguard overhaul. These 2 mechanics have now been combined into one mechanic named Surge. Its not a toggle anymore so when it is activated with the D button it will now stay activated for the next 2 seconds.
