0.2.3 small Zoe bugfixes + extra

What has been done:
- Added 1 new palette for each character
- Fixed a bug where after Zoe's 236 super in the corner the puddle ended up more offscreen then intended so it was harder to access. 
- Fixed up how Zoe's 100% Energy Super interacted with Surge Counter, previously the if you counterhit the very first hit, the counterhit did not last troughout the rest of the attack, this has now been fixed. If this super counterhit, it was possible to get a combo afterwards that we didn't intend for, so the damage was unscaled. You can still get a combo afterwards with a counterhit, but the window is smaller and the damage is now harshly scaled.
- The window you need to have between the 2 presses in a 22, 44 and 66 input has been lowered a little bit, to prevent that you don't get the input if you press it too quickly.
